Return & Refund Policy – STARIFO

By using STARIFO’s return and refund services, you agree to the following terms. These guidelines ensure transparency and consistency in how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for customers within the United Kingdom.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from STARIFO. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

To qualify, your return request must be initiated within this 30-day period.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all items must:

  • Be unused and in new condition
  • Include all original tags
  • Be returned in their original packaging

Note: Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts not caused by our error will not be accepted. Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery cannot be processed.

Return Procedure

If you’d like to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@starifo.com

Once your request is received, we will send you a return form to print, complete, and include in your package.

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions: If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we’ll cover the return shipping and provide a free prepaid return label via email.

Please ensure the item is repackaged securely in its original materials. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Return Your Item

All returns must be shipped via postal mail. We currently do not accept returns in person at any physical store or kiosk.

Return Shipping Costs

For defective or incorrect items: Return shipping is free.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind): Customers are responsible for paying the actual return shipping cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Our team will promptly assess the issue and work to resolve it with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items that are defective, incorrect, or damaged.
